Hi Linda – Perhaps you would include me in The Crafty Network. I fiddle with fabric to create quilts, cushions and bags – patchwork and embroidered – particularly like making quilts for babies and children. Also cards for occasions – in fact anything creative with fabric and thread.

Hi there folks! I’m Sarah Louise and i make handmade bead jewellery. Sarah Louise is a jewellery maker who has been making bead jewellery for over 15 years. Using specially selected beads sourced from various places, combined with unusual findings, she creates ‘one-of-a-kind’ pieces with an individual and unique style, making many designs difficult to replicate.

Her favourite types of beads are speciality; such as vintage and glass lamp beads. Most of her jewellery is made using gold or silver plated findings, but some jewellery is made with antique gold finish findings.
“for me, it’s the beads that make the jewellery – the history behind them, their origin and how they were made. That’s what I find just as interesting as the finished piece itself”
Sarah Louise has exhibited her work in many places across Wiltshire and Worcestershire including Gatcombe Park, The Botanical Gardens, and Victorian and Christmas Craft Fairs before moving to Hereford in 2010.

To see a wider selection of Sarah Louise’s handmade bead jewellery, her work and interests, visit sarahlouisejwlry.co.uk or email her at sarahlouisejwlry@googlemail.com
